Aleksandra owns investment properties, which she bought, rehabilitated, and refinanced, sparking her passion for the RTL industry after years in institutional lending. Simanovsky graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelors in finance from Pace University.
Before founding Adige Asset Advisory, Aleksandra spearheaded the first ever rated RTL as part of Capital Markets & Strategy initiatives at Toorak Capital Partners.
Before Toorak, she spent four years as VP at Deutsche Bank, leading $40 billion in commercial real estate securitizations.
Aleksandra started as a credit analyst at Moody’s, underwriting loans, modeling cash flows, and publishing credit opinions cited by Bloomberg, CNBC, and others.
